1. After the operation of the machine is over, please turn the knob of the temperature regulator to the position of 0 degrees to reduce improper startup and prolong the life of the solenoid valve;

2. The setting of the drying temperature should be set correctly according to the drying conditions of the clothes themselves, so as to avoid the shrinkage of the clothes.

3. The batt filter (lower box door) must be cleaned before use every day. If the filter is blocked, the air volume will be reduced, which will cause slow drying, dry drying, and waste of energy.

4. Regularly remove the cotton residue on the temperature sensing rod. When it is found that the temperature difference between the temperature regulator and the thermometer is too large, generally about +5 degrees, it may be that the temperature sensing rod is not placed properly or there is cotton wool on the temperature sensing rod;

5. The time setting of the "cold" timer is usually about 1/4 of the time of the "hot" timer;

6. It is necessary to add butter to the bearing seat every month to ensure the lubricity of the bearing;

7. The exhaust pipes and elbows must be cleaned once a month. If they are not cleaned, the drying time will be prolonged, and too much lint will be blocked, which may easily cause fire.

Precautions for the use of disc dryers

1. It is strictly forbidden to directly add bulk and paste materials into the dryer;

2. The feeding device should have good performance to keep the feeding uniform and continuous;

3. It is forbidden to mix hard blocks with a material diameter greater than 10mm into the material and add it to the dryer;

4. There should be no material sticking on the drying plate, otherwise it will affect the heat transfer and blanking effect, and also increase the power consumption;

5. If the machine stops suddenly due to failure, the feeding should be stopped immediately, the heat source should be turned off, then the power should be turned off, the inspection door should be opened, and the material on the plate should be cleaned to prevent the material from agglomerating and the plate surface being scarred;

6. A little material may accumulate in the dryer during long-term operation;

7. It is forbidden to reverse the equipment to prevent damage to the equipment;

8. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the rakes when the equipment is running to prevent personal injury;

9. It is strictly forbidden to rinse the equipment with cold water when the temperature of the disk surface is greater than 70 degrees;

10 The pipeline must be equipped with a pressure limiting device, and overpressure is strictly prohibited.
