(1) Operation procedure

1. Start the main drive motor, loosen the adjustment nut of the continuously variable transmission, and adjust the mesh belt to the running speed required by the drying process. After the adjustment, pay attention to the adjustment of the handwheel. The lock nut should be tightly locked to avoid speed changes during operation. .

2. When the steam is turned on, the following procedures must be followed when the equipment is first used or stopped for more than three days:

A: Check that all globe valves must be closed;

B: Slowly open the main steam inlet valve, and the opening of the main valve becomes smaller at the beginning, within half a circle;

C: Open the upper air inlet valve in the order of the units, and quickly open the lower air exhaust valve after 10 seconds and 20 seconds. After about one to two minutes, close the air exhaust valve and open the stop valves on both sides of the trap, so that the air system system that is in normal working condition;

D When adjusting each unit according to the above method, pay attention to gradually increase the opening of the main valve.

3. Start the circulating fan and observe the ammeter. When the current of one fan is stabilized, the other is turned on. It is strictly forbidden to start all fans without looking at the current change. This can prevent the total current from being too large on the one hand, and also observe the Whether there is a fan not working, you can also observe the current size of each motor to determine the motor failure.

4. Start the dehumidification fan.

5. Feeding, adjust the height of the baffle after feeding to achieve the required feeding thickness.

(2) Process temperature adjustment

1. Rotate the knob on the control box to see the inlet and outlet temperatures of each unit.

2. Temperature adjustment, the temperature of the inlet and exhaust air of each unit is different in the state of the material and the material. When there is material, due to the evaporation of water and the temperature of the material to absorb heat, when the temperature drops, adjust the opening of the air inlet valve above to achieve the desired temperature. temperature required.

3. When adjusting the temperature, due to the thermal inertia of the heat exchanger, the amount of steam cannot be changed too much.

In general, when the moisture content of the material is high, the higher the temperature, the smaller the thickness of the material and the faster the running speed; when the moisture content of the material is low, the lower the temperature, the larger the thickness of the accessories and the faster the running speed.
