Preparation for use of centrifugal spray dryer

Before the Spray Dryer is used, there are some preparations that need to be done. By doing this, you can avoid the lack of preparation and the lack of something when starting up, so you can refer to the preparations below. Prepare accordingly.

1. Check whether the sealing material at the pipe connection is installed in place, whether its sealing performance is good, and whether there is air leakage.

2. Check whether the Dryer as a whole is running, running, dripping, leaking, blockage, etc., whether the door and observation window have been closed, and whether there is air leakage.

3. Whether its instruments, valves, etc. are intact and can be used normally.

4. Jog the centrifugal fan to check whether the rotation direction of the fan is correct.

5. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor and pump is correct.

6. Carry out the necessary lubrication work on the equipment so that it can work normally.

7. Close the outlet of the feed pump and check whether it is normal.
