1. Working principle and structural design characteristics

working principle

The material enters the feeding port of the fluidized bed through granulation, and enters the Dryer through the feeding port. After the air is purified, heated and pressurized, it is blown in from each air supply port at the bottom of the fluidized bed, and passes through the screen plate to contact the material layer, so that the material is fluidized in the bed layer. The moisture in the material is quickly vaporized, and the material passes through 8 drying chambers from the feeding end to the discharging end in turn to complete the drying and cooling process, so that the product reaches the qualified material.

As the drying progresses, the moisture in the material gradually decreases, and the material particles are likely to produce fine powder when vigorously boiling. The fine powder is expanded from the upper part of the fluidized bed to be retained and recovered by the dust bag in the body, and the moist air passes through the top moisture exhaust duct and induced draft fan Drain outside.

Structural Design and Features

1. Adopt a fixed fluidized bed or Fluidized Bed Dryer, and operate at a suitable bed height to ensure that the material has sufficient drying time (the residence time of the material in the bed is one of the key factors affecting the production capacity of the system). Drying time is 15-30min.

2. The equipment adopts a built-in bag filter; at the same time, the cross-sectional area and height of the fluidized bed sedimentation chamber are increased, and the wind speed is reduced.

3. The main structure of the fluidized bed is designed according to the drying characteristics of the material;

--Increase the height and cross-sectional area of the enlarged section to reduce the amount of fine powder carried out in the exhaust gas.

----The specific gravity of wet material and dry material is different, and the air pressure and fluidization speed of different drying chambers are required to be different. High, the closer to the discharge end, the lower the fluidization speed and the lower the wind pressure.

4. The air inlets of each chamber are equipped with air regulating valves, which can adjust the air inlet volume of each chamber.
