Flash Dryer principle:

Rotary Flash Dryer is the tangential entry of hot air into the bottom of the Dryer, and a powerful rotating wind field is formed under the drive of the agitator. The paste material enters the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shearing force. The block material is rapidly crushed, fully contacted with hot air and heated ,dry. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air flow, the large particles are intercepted by the grading ring, and the small particles are discharged from the middle of the ring to the outside of the dryer and recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. , fall back to the bottom to be crushed and dried. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wet particles are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating airflow to rise, and are further dried during the rising process. For rotating flow, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the two phases of the solid and gas is relatively large, which strengthens the heat transfer effect between the two phases, so the drying strength of the machine is high.

The flash dryer is suitable for materials:

Organics: atrazine (pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, organic pigments, etc.
Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.
Inorganic substances: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Food: soybean protein, gelatinized starch, wine tank, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
