The performance characteristics of Flash Dryer:

8. The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment, and at the same time makes the wind speed in the tower tend to be balanced.

Because the material is micronized by centrifugation, shearing, heating, collision and friction, it is in a highly dispersed state and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is relatively large, which strengthens the mass transfer and heat transfer, making the machine high in production strength.

10. Due to the high circumferential gas velocity in the drying chamber, the material residence time is short, and the heat and mass exchange can fully achieve high efficiency, fast, small equipment and large production.

Equipment process part:

Since the flash dryer is a continuous production during the drying process, there are strict requirements on the feeding speed, temperature, environmental protection and safety issues of the equipment during the use process. We have made a series of measures for several problems:

1. The speed of feeding is controlled by the speed regulating motor to control the temperature of the drying chamber to achieve the temperature required for material drying

2. In order to ensure that the exhaust emission is in line with environmental protection, the method of increasing the filter area of the bag filter is used to ensure that the equipment discharges up to the standard during operation.

3. The equipment must ensure safety during long-term use and operation. The inlet air temperature, digital display temperature, and button switch control can be arbitrarily set. Among them, the feeder motor is controlled by frequency conversion, which can realize continuous feeding, stable and reliable.
